Our founder has combined experience in theater, event planning, marketing, and business operations that gives A Million Little Moments a unique approach to crafting people and culture policies. Chelsea Stonerock truly understands the deeper, human needs of employees and how having a supported, motivated team can make a small business thrive. Plus, she understands how far a bit of kindness and humor can go in making every work day a little better.
